We are currently working with a small and growing fiduciary located next to the train station in the city center of Luxembourg. This fiduciary is composed of 20 people which include accountants, corporate officers and compliance officers, who are all motivated to learn and to do their best in their work. The teams are young and dynamic, which is really helpful to be integrated easily and to share good moments with your colleagues.
The company is responsible for the management of an international client portfolio, composed of soparfi, holdings, as well as Private Equity and Real Estate. The director of the company has developed another company to manage investment funds, so if you are interested in this field you will also be able to be in touch with this type of client.

In addition, the accountants in this company manage their files from A to Z, including tax and legal responsibilities, which is an aspect that shows you will become versatile and independent quickly in this fiduciary.
Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accountancy – Luxembourg - Accountant
You are responsible for the accounting entries for your client portfolio, composed of financial companies.
You prepare VAT and tax returns autonomously.
You will prepare board meetings other legal documentation. It is however important to note that you do not need prior experience on this type of task yet. A willingness to learn is the most important.
You establish the annual accounts.
You are a team player and you like to help your colleagues in order to advise them.
You are in direct contact with your clientsto reply to their questions.
Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accounting – Luxembourg - Accountant
You have minimum 2 years of experience in a Big Four, a PFS or a Fiduciary in Luxembourg as an external accountant.
You have had the opportunity to manage a portfolio composed of SPVs, SOPARFIs/Holdings or non-regulated/regulated funds.
For this position, English is required. If you have acquired language skills in a second language such as French, German or Luxembourgish, it will definitely be considered an asset.
If you had the opportunity to work with an accounting software such as BOB50, Demasy or Efront, it will be a plus as well.
