A fiduciary located in Hamm is currently seeking a German Speaking Accountant to integrate a young and friendly team of accountants. This fiduciary has existed in Luxembourg for 20 years and assists a large variety of clients. Indeed, the clients of this fiduciary are mainly commercial companies, located in Luxembourg, Germany, or even in other countries. As a result, the size of these companies vary a lot and can be composed of 5 to one hundred employees!
The offices are modern and the work is also digitalized in this fiduciary. You will be part of a small team, and the company is currently composed of more than 50 people in Luxembourg, who have been working as accountants or payroll officers for many years thanks to a comfortable workload. The strategy of the company is to offer the employees a good work-life balance, in order to improve efficiency and overall employee satisfaction and the turnover is, as a result, really low.
Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accounting – Luxembourg – PFS - Finance
You prepare the accounting entries, and will also review entries of Junior Accountants.
You are responsible for communicating with your clients, who are German-speaking commercial companies for the major part. You try to build loyalty with them and to be their personal advisor.
You prepare VAT and tax returns (annual and periodic) autonomously.
You establish the annual accounts for your entire client portfolio.
You are a real team player, always present to help your colleagues if they are sick or if they just need help with one specific task.
Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accounting – Luxembourg – PFS - Finance
You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting in a fiduciary in Luxembourg.
If you have your cycle A / cycle B diploma, this will represent an advantage.
You are fluent in German. This language is mandatory as you will work with German Speaking clients and colleagues. You also need to speak French or English for the people who do not speak German in your portfolio or with other colleagues.
You know how to handle tax and accounting matters for a client portfolio composed of commercial companies.
You are at ease with digital processes as this fiduciary is modern and tries to avoid the excessive use of paper.
