This financial service provider has built a great reputation for itself in Luxembourg and mainly assists a client base of financial companies, more specifically Soparfi and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) in their accounting and tax needs.

Your Responsibilities | Head of Accounting - Fiduciary
As Head of Accounting, you are primarily in charge of reviewing the files handled by your team members : you will verify if tax and VAT returns are prepared correctly, if the financial statements are prepared in due time and more.
As it is important to work efficiently within the team, you analyze the internal processes on a regular basis and offer improvements when necessary.
You are responsible for coordinating the members of you accounting team, having all levels of experience, from junior to manager. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in developing your team.
You will be the main point of contact for the clients and will also still remain operational on the most complex files within the team.
You will report directly to the Partners of the structure on the evolution within the team.
Profile and Career Path | Head of Accounting - Fiduciary
You have 10 years of experience or more within accounting, more specifically in a fiduciary, a financial service provider or PSF in Luxembourg. During this time, you have also had the opportunity to manage a team of accountants and be in charge of reviewing their work.
You have a fluent level of French, both verbally and in writing, and also have a strong command of English.
For this position, it is very important that you are able to adopt a human approach with each member of your team and personalize your approach in function of their own skills and experience.
You have obtained a higher degree in the field of Accounting or Economics, and have ideally continued to follow trainings throughout the years.
