We are currently collaborating with a prestigious PFS located near the district of Howald. This PFS has existed in Luxembourg for around 10 years and is now composed of more than one hundred of people over its several teams.
This PFS wants to integrate a new accountant in the accounting department, in order to manage a portfolio from A to Z, and that wants to develop his or her knowledge in the fund industry. This company is indeed focused on the management of a financial client portfolio, including SPV, Soparfi, Holdings, securitization vehicles and investment funds.
The staff turn-over in this company is very low, which is proof of its stability and its good internal atmosphere between the employees. Your Responsibilities | PFS – Accounting – Luxembourg - Fiduciary
You are responsible for the accounting entries for the clients in your portfolio.
You are responsible for coordination with the tax teams for the preparation of the periodic and annual returns.
You establish the annual accounts in an autonomous manner.
You are able to organize yourself and to work efficiently to anticipate unexpected events or reportings to prepare.
You work closely with your colleagues, and you do not hesitate to share information and your questions with them.
You are easily present for your clients to answer their questions or to advise them.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Service Provider – Luxembourg
You have at least 3 or 4 years of experience in externaml accounting in a Big Four, a Fiduciary or a PFS in Luxembourg.
If you have an advanced knowledge of the fund industry or AIF, it will represent a plus for this company.
You are fluent in French and English. Your colleagues and Managers will speak these languages, as well as your clients.
You have worked with financial clients during your previous work experiences.
You like to manage all of the responsibilities in the management of a client portfolio, and this allows you to be versatile in your daily work.
You have good and human values and a real work ethic. Your motivation is real and your character helps you to easily integrate in a new structure, and to grow in the structure.
Offer | PFS – Accountancy – Luxembourg
Your salary can go up to 75 000€ gross per year. In addition to this salary, you will receive meal vouchers, additional days off, health insurance as well as a pension plan, and a discretionary bonus, higher than the average in Luxembourg.
