A fast-growing and human-sized fiduciary is seeking a Senior Accountant. The company was created more than 10 years ago and will onboard new clients in the next few weeks. Because of this growth, the structure wants to hire new accountants, and to allow them to work in complete autonomy with their clients.
The structure is composed of several dozen employees, who are all working within different teams. The teams are focused on specific clients, such as commercial companies in one team, investment funds in another, and Real Estate and SPV in another one. For this search, you will be able to join the Real Estate team.
This company has put in place a flat hierarchy, and this allows the accountants to work independently and to be in direct contact with their clients. The Partners of this structure are particularly flexible and open-minded, which is a strong advantage to work for the long term in this fiduciary.
Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accountancy – Accounting
You are in charge of the arrival of new clients. You try to help the company in its growth with your good communication skills.
You handle a client portfolio composed of HoldCos and PropCos, in the field of Real Estate.
You are responsible for the elaboration of periodic and annual direct and indirect tax returns.
You prepare annual accounts and you are also involved in the daily accounting.
You are in direct contact with your clients and you advise them whenever they need it.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Tax – Accountant – Luxembourg
You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in fiduciaries or PFS in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English. If you speak German or French, that will represent an advantage.
You have experience in tax and accounting for Real Estate companies.
If you are a qualified Chartered Accountant, this is a plus.
You are dynamic and you are motivated to follow training and to learn in a new structure.
If you know how to use Bob 50, this is also an asset for this fiduciary.
You have strong skills in organization and dealing with several tasks at the same time.
Offer | Fiduciaire – Comptabilité – Fiscalité
You will be able to receive a salary up to €80,000 gross per year, if you speak German and that you correspond to what the company is looking for in terms of technical skills. If you do not have these language skills, no problem, you will still benefit from a very attractive salary.
This fiduciary will offer you a parking spot, flexible working hours, meal vouchers and an annual bonus.
If you want to start early, or if you prefer to arrive later in the morning, it will be possible in this structure as they put forward the work-life balance and the well-being of the employees.
If you would like to follow trainings, such as the cycle A and cycle B (in tax), or to become Chartered Accountant, this fiduciary will be happy to help you with these projects and to finance them.
The location of this fiduciary is ideal if you would like to be close to the city-center, and to be closer to the Belgian border.
