With almost 15 years of experience in Luxembourg and expertise that has attracted high-profile clients for many years, our business partner is currently looking for an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit.
Internal audit, risk management, and compliance are the areas of expertise for this company, which has methodically curated a niche tactic and boutique-type approach to its services. As the business has been growing organically over the years and is now a major player in its sector in Luxembourg, the firm is seeking to develop its staff, especially for a clientele of PSFs, banks, and investment funds.
Ideally located close to the Belgian border, the firm counts under ten collaborators and is run by a director who genuinely cares about the well-being of his workforce. Your Responsibilities | CSSF - Finance - Internal Auditor – Audit
For a portfolio of varying entities including PSFs, ManCo, banks, etc. and in full autonomy:
You evaluate corporate governance and internal control mechanisms.
You gather the appropriate information and prepare applications to the CSSF for your clients' in the context of the creation of regulated entities in Luxembourg.
You will conduct risk analyses and take the initiative in providing your clients with solutions to mitigate risks. Your role in that context will be to deliver turnkey risk management procedures.
Profile and Career Path | CSSF - Finance - Internal Auditor – Audit
You have over four years of experience working for internal or external auditing companies or service providers in Luxembourg.
You have extensive knowledge of external auditing and have built your expertise while working with a range of banks and/or investment firms as clients.
You are proficient in both French and English, which enables you to interact with your international clientele in an effective and efficient manner.
