We are delighted to assist our partner, a dynamic and contemporary PFS located in Windhof at the Belgian border, in its search for a (Senior) Corporate Officer. The PFS caters mainly to Private Equity and Real Estate clients, as well as SOPARFI.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Fiduciary - Legal

You are in charge of the legal and corporate requirements for your clients (Soparfi, investment funds) from the incorporation of the company to the liquidation.
You prepare legal documentation, resolutions and Board minutes.
You are responsible for the preparation of Board meetings and shareholder meetings.
You liaise with your clients and third parties (notaries, lawyers, banks) as well as the Luxembourgish Administrations.
Depending on your seniority, you will assist junior corporate officers in case they have any questions.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Fiduciary - Legal

You have 2 to 7 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a PFS, Fiduciary or Asset Management Company in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, French will be a plus.
You ideally obtained a Bachelor degree in Law, Economics or Finance. If you do not have this type of degree though, your level of experience or other trainings could certainly compensate it.
You want to join a PFS in which you can grow and learn on a long-term basis and will feel valued by the management.

This PFS is located near the Belgian border, more particularly in Windhof, which is especially interesting for Belgian cross-border workers. Of course, as a French cross-border worker or Luxembourgish resident, this location also allows you to avoid a lot of traffic jams. You can also count on a free parking spot.
Very attractive gross salary up to € 67.000 per year, completed by numerous advantages such as an annual bonus, meal vouchers and insurance.
