We are happy to assist this human-sized PFS of 30 employees, in their initiatives to strengthen their Compliance department by recruiting a AML/KYC Onboarding Officer.
Created over 10 years ago, this structure has focused efforts on delivering high-standards services in the domain of accounting, tax and domiciliation. Today, the PFS counts a solid and loyal client base, with over 200 entities in the firm’s portfolio. These are mainly SOPARFI/Holding and Funds.
Furthermore, the values put forward by the firm were curated so to foster long term relationships with internal stakeholders. This resulted in a very stable team throughout the formative years of the firm till today. The company also puts forth a good work/life balance for its employees, by offering 33 holidays per year as well as flexible working hours

Your Responsibilities | AML KYC Onboarding Officer - PFS –- Legal – Compliance – AIF

As part of the first line of defence and a member of the Compliance department, your role will be crucial in the servicing of new clients: This entails the following non-exhaustive responsibilities:
You collect, review and analyse KYC documents needed at the onboarding stage of new clients. You will thus facilitate the client acceptance process and be part of the Acceptance Committee.
You are responsible for, updating and verifying the client database of the Compliance software. This includes collecting the inputs from previous due diligence checks.
You serve as a contact person in case of queries regarding AML/CFT Compliance from the firm’s clients and third parties involved in your client’s operations.
You bridge operations with the banks and are in charge of account openings and their maintenance as a whole.

Profile and Career Path | AML KYC Onboarding Officer - PFS –- Legal – Compliance – AIF

You possess around two years of experience in the fields of AML/KYC within a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo or Big Four.
You master English on a professional level (in written and spoken) and thrive in an international business environment.
Your organized nature and analytical mind have allowed you to progress and deliver great results throughout your career.
You are looking for a long-term role with a challenge.
