We are happy to assist this independent financial service provider, under the supervision of the CSSF, in its search for an Assistant Compliance Officer in the context of its growth.

Your Responsibilities | Assistant Compliance Officer - Compliance – PSF - PFS

As Assistant Compliance Officer, you will work in close collaboration with the compliance officer and will assist him on numerous tasks such as implementing new policies and procedures in accordance with the latest legal regulations and requirements.
You will assist on identifying and reporting any regulatory risks as well as managing them accordingly. You will also ensure regular correspondence with the CSSF and report to the directors regarding any evolutions.
Keeping up to date regarding legal and regulatory changes and interpreting these correctly is also one of your key responsibilities.
You are involved in preparing external and internal reports, and also provide assistance in reviewing information and documents on new and existing clients.

Profile and Career Path | Assistant Compliance Officer - Compliance - PSF- PFS

You are passionate about compliance and have a good understanding of AML/KYC and its framework on a local and European level. You also have kept up to date with the latest Directives such a AML6.
You have 2 years or more of experience within compliance in a PSF, Big Four or Financial service provider in Luxembourg.
In terms of linguistic skills, you are able to keep conversations in both French and English and are also able to read and write in both languages.
As you will work closely with the compliance officer and other departments in the PSF, being a team player with a real sense of organization and eye for detail is essential.

High expertisein this structure means that your technical skills will be above what you can develop on average in another PFS.

Your salary can reach €55.000 gross per year and will evolve along with you in the PFS.
