Your Responsibilities | Corporate - Legal Officer – Holding - PFS
You contribute to the mission of the department by processing incorporations, liquidations and dissolutions of subsidiaries.
You maintain and update statutory registers and databases for subsidiary entities. This mission entails monitoring the performances of service providers involved in these missions.
You are responsible for preparing corporate decisions and drafting their cascading documentation to facilitate the following activities: entity name changes, legal entity creation and liquidations and so on.
You are in charge of closely collaborating with external service providers as well as other third parties, and ensure an efficient communication.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate - Legal Officer – Holding - PFS
You have collected 3 or more years of relevant Corporate Administration experience within similar internationally operating structures in Luxembourg (PFS, Fiduciary, Holding, Investment fund manager or a law firm).
You have an advanced professional level of English (verbally and in writing). Knowledge of French or any other European language will be regarded a plus.
Your meticulous and detailed oriented work style is a strength and you thrive in dynamic and rigorous business environments, by being agile and communicating effectively.
You care about maintaining the high standards of this prestigious Holding by working in team and adopting a proactive approach.

This opportunity is accompanied by an extensive compensation package valued above industry standards. It includes : private Health Insurance and invalidity Insurance for optimal coverage. Meal vouchers for additional purchasing power, as well as a pension plan for extra financial security. Finally, you will be entitled to 31 days of paid leave per annum. Your gross salary can reach €65.000 per year and will continue to evolve with your seniority.
