Our client is currently seeking a new Corporate Officer to strengthen their small, close-knit team, which thrives on a positive atmosphere and open communication. Your Responsibilities | Corporate governance – Finance – Fiduciary – Legal Officer - Cosec
You will be responsible for a portfolio consisting of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, overseeing their management from constitution to dissolution.
You will organize and coordinate board meetings, including taking minutes.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents will be part of your daily responsibilities.
In collaboration with the accounting team, you will manage the approval process for annual accounts.
You will be responsible for maintaining the registers up to date.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate governance – Finance – Fiduciary – Legal Officer - Cosec
You have at least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, which will enable you to feel comfortable in your new role.
You have prior experience with SPVs and/or Soparfis/Holdings, which will help you understand the workings of your portfolio.
Fluency in English is essential for communication with clients; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
To succeed in this role, being organized and proactive is a must.

You will receive a salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, reflecting your contributions to the company.
