Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Law – SPV – Corporate – Legal – Corporate Governance

  • Oversee incorporation processes, coordinate the opening of bank accounts, maintain statutory registers, and ensure compliance with UBO filings.

  • Prepare and coordinate board meetings and general meetings, draft minutes, update corporate structures, and prepare shareholder resolutions.

  • Handle KYC requests, maintain corporate databases, and ensure legal filings with the RCS/RBE.

  • Draft and review agreements, corporate resolutions, and legal documents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in entity liquidations, liaise with notaries and prepare the relevant documentation.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Law – SPV – Corporate – Legal – Corporate Governance

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or a Legal Officer in Luxembourg. Vast experience with SPV is a must.

  • If you have obtained a degree in Law, this will be considered an asset, but it is not mandatory.

  • Fluent in English is a must. Any other additional languages are a plus.

  • You are looking to join a company in which you can continue to evolve in time and obtain positions of Manager for example and so on. Indeed, personalized career prospects are offered to assist you as best as possible in your goals and objectives.
