Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – Regulatory – Law – Corporate governance

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of a portfolio consisting of SPVs in Private Equity, from incorporation to dissolution.
You will draft legal documentation, including board minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
You may be required to manage transfer agency matters to ensure successful closings.
You will liaise with third parties, such as banks and notaries.
You will be responsible for organizing and leading board meetings.

Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – Regulatory – Law – Corporate governance

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with colleagues and third parties.
Familiarity with vehicle types such as Soparfis, Holdings, or SPVs in Private Equity is a must for this position, as you will work extensively with this type of portfolio.
To perform efficiently and meet deadlines, you consider yourself proactive and well-organized.

You will earn a salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, recognizing your daily contributions.
