Are you a Corporate Officer with a few years of experience in a financial service provider in Luxembourg, looking to move in-house moving forward? Or are you already working in-house and looking forward to a new challenge? Then this position might peak your interest.
This Holding company has invested in Private Equity and Real Estate across the world and currently has several billion dollars in assets. Its team in Luxembourg is composed of 50 employees, 10 of which are part of the corporate/legal team. With their skills combined, they are able to work in a very quality-oriented and organized way while also ensuring good dynamics within the team.
The Holding is located in a very modern and prestigious building in the heart of Luxembourg City, so you can easily enjoy dinner with your friends in one of the many restaurants close by, or do your groceries or some shopping.
Lastly, your technical evolution will not end when joining this structure as you will still acquire new skills to grow in your autonomy.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate

You prepare and organize board meetings and are also responsible for drafting minutes.
You will provide assistance in the context of the incorporation and liquidation of entities.
You liaise with third parties and external service providers, as well as the other internal departments.
Opening bank accounts and handling all related contacts with the bank will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will draft legal documentation when creating or liquidating entities, changing the entity name, directorship and more.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate

You have between 1 and 3 years of experience as a Legal/Corporate Officer in a financial service provider (fiduciary, PSF, Big Four) based in Luxembourg and have a good level of autonomy on a portfolio of Soparfi/Holding companies from the constitution to the liquidation.
Fluency in English is required as this is the main language spoken internally, which is also why it is sufficient for this role. French will however be considered a strong advantage.
You value working in a well structured and organized way, allowing you to multitask and pay attention to detail.
You would describe yourself as a motivated and open minded person, with a real desire to acquire new skills.

Moving to an in-house position means that you will not have to deal with client complaints, overtime will be limited and you will have a 360° view.
You will not be financially stressed at the end of the month as the company offers several benefits such as health insurance and a pension plan, to ensure your complete reimbursement for medical expenses, meal vouchersand a bonus at the end of the year in addition to your annual salary up to € 60.000.
Joining this dynamic and multilingual team means that you will be rapidly integrated in this corporate team of 10.
