Specializing in a range of services including accounting, corporate governance, and compliance, the firm has built a significant portfolio of prestigious clients. Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Officer to join their dynamic, close-knit team, which is experiencing significant growth. Your Responsibilities | Funds – Corporate governance – Finance – Law – Corporate secretary

You will manage a portfolio composed of AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
You will organizeordinary and extraordinary meetings.
Drafting various documents, such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions, will be part of your daily tasks.
You will be responsible for coordinatingwith clients, lawyers, notaries, and banks.
You will oversee fund governance from constitution to dissolution, including bank account openings and annual account approvals.

You have at least 1 yearof experience as a Corporate Officer working with AIFs in Luxembourg, which is essential to understanding your new position.
To ensure effective internal and external communication, you are fluent in English. Any other language is considered an asset.
You consider yourself proactive, which will help you continue to grow in your position.
Being organized and mindful of meeting deadlines is part of your nature, which is essential for ensuring client satisfaction.

A salary of up to €60,000 gross per year, along with a substantial bonus, will be offered to you, allowing you to fulfill your financial goals.
To reduce your expenses, meal vouchers of €10.80 each will be provided.
