You will be part of a team of corporate and compliance officers, accountants and managers who are eager to help you in your growth and evolution.
This structure keeps its independence by taking all decisions locally and efficiently, while also being part of a stable international group with several offices across Europe. Its services are diversified as the structure offers corporate services and fund administration services to a wide range of clients. As a Corporate Officer, you will handle a varied portfolio of Soparfi/Holdings, SPVs mainly.
The location of the PSF is great, especially with this nice weather, as you can have drinks or dinner with friends, enjoy an evening stroll but especially because the accessibility by public transport is excellent. It does not matter where you live, because as a Luxembourgish resident or cross-border worker, you will have a stress-free and easy daily commute.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - PSF
You organize the board meetings and draft minutes as well.
You prepare legal documentation of all kinds (e.g. resolutions and agreements) in close collaboration with your Senior colleagues, and will handle this task autonomously once you feel comfortable enough.
You will offer assistance in the context of incorporations and liquidations of companies.
You are responsible for all publications that may arise in the day-to-day lifecycle of companies such as change of seat, the annual accounts, modification of the articles of association and so on.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - PSF
Minimum 1 yearof experience as a Corporate Officer is required for this position, which can be acquired in an investment company, PSF, Big Four or Fiduciary in Luxembourg.
You consider yourself to be fluent in English and are happy to evolve in an environment where all communications are handled in this language. French will be considered a major plus.
You would like to evolve in a human sized structure of around 10 people, and are a real team player. In this company, you will never feel like a number.
You have good communication skills and are an easily approachable person, which means that your integration in this team will be quick.
