Currently, we are working with a local fiduciary in its search for a Corporate Officer to join the team.

Your Responsibilities | Paralegal – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate

Within the scope of your responsibilities, you will handle the preparation and organization of meetings (general meetings, board and shareholder meetings) and be involved in minute drafting. You will also handle the opening of bank accounts.
You will take care of the account publication on the registers such as the RCS/RBE, and be responsible for maintaining updated filings.
You will participate, in collaboration with the existing team, with the preparation of legal documentation such as agreements, contracts, incorporations and dissolution articles and so on.

Profile and Career Path | Paralegal – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate

You have at least one year of experience as Corporate Officer within a Luxembourgish fiduciary, allowing you to have had a good exposure to corporate law. You have had the opportunity to deal with a portfolio of commercial companies.
For this position, we are looking for a German and French speaker to ensure a good internal integration and relationships with colleagues and clients.
You describe yourself as highly motivated with excellent team player capabilities? Then you are probably the candidate we are looking for.

This fiduciary offers an annual gross remuneration that could reach € 52 000 which will be based on your acquired skills and level of experience in Luxembourg. This will also be completed with a discretionary bonus and meal vouchers.
You will be part of a digitalized fiduciary, since for our partner it is essential to allow their collaborators to have access to efficient and performing tools. This means you will get rid of obsolete IT tools and any waste of time linked to it!
Excellent management who listens to their teams’ needs and are attentive should anyone have questions or preoccupations. It is also important for them to allow everyone to have the opportunity to develop their technical capacities by assisting them regularly with trainings.
