Our partner, a prestigious player in the investment fund industry, is currently looking for its next Corporate Officer. Well-known internationally, you are sure to integrate a structure that is not only stable but also prestigious and knowledgeable.
With investments in Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt, the company has grown to a team of 50 collaborators in Luxembourg which is continuously growing. Today the growing firm is looking for an additional collaborator to ensure a comfortable workload for everyone.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - Law
You prepare and draft board meetings as well as board packs, and make sure to draft the minutes.
You are responsible for the incorporation of entities which includes the opening of bank accounts, UBO filings, the collection of documentation needed for KYC matters and so on.
You are in charge of filing the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well as the board and shareholder approvals.
You are responsible for the liquidation, in close collaboration with your colleagues, for which you also coordinate with third parties such as the administrations and notary and drafting the Power of Attorney and Extraordinary General Meeting.
You will report directly to a Senior Corporate Officer and a Corporate Manager.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - Law
You have minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in a Fiduciary, PFS or Investment company in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English is mandatory for this position and is also sufficient as this is the vehicular language for all communications. With colleagues from all over the world, you will however be sure that several colleagues will speak your native language.
You are proactive and find it important to work in a team in order to advance together and make sure that deadlines are respected.

You can count on an attractive salary package up to € 67.000 gross per year, meal vouchers of €10.80 per day, health insurance (DKV) and pension plan, an annual training budget and a bonus.
