Corporate Services Manager – Major PFS, Managerial Responsibilities, International Team

This expertise has attracted a very international client base as well as a multicultural and highly skilled workforce. Wishing to expand their business further, our partner is looking for an additional Manager to guide a team in the Corporate Services department.

Your Responsibilities | Manager – Corporate Services - Legal – PFS – Private Equity

  • You supervise a team of Corporate Officers from Junior to Senior Level on the administration of a client portfolio. The collection of entities includes SOPARFI/Holdings, as well as regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.

  • You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements related to all the proceedings your client portfolio undergoes (financial statements, statements of seat change, articles of association and so on).

  • You evaluate the output and performance of junior team members to make them confident and autonomous colleagues.

  • You serve as the contact person for clients and bridge the common business operations of all relevant internal and external stakeholders (accountants, compliance officers, banks, lawyers, regulators, etc.).

Profile and Career Path | Manager – Corporate Services - Legal – PFS – Private Equity

  • At least seven years of previous experience in similar roles in a PFS, Management Company, Fiduciary or Big Four in Luxembourg are required.

  • English proficiency is a pre-requisite for the role, given the international context of the business. Any other languages are considered advantageous.

  • Substantial insight into the local fund industry is of rigour. Dexterity in the applicable legislation is another key competency for the function.
