Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary – Private Debt - SPV

Your duties as a member of the Corporate Services Team, working under the direction of the department head and immediately answering to the Corporate Services Manager, will include, among other things:

Administrating the legal and corporate proceedings relating to the lifecycle of a portfolio of unregulated investment vehicles, their parent companies and other firms within your portfolio (e.g.: Special Purpose Vehicles).
Setting up board and shareholder meetings, drawing up the minutes, and producing the supporting paperwork for the different business operations in your portfolio. Depending on the complexity, you may be asked to assist with the meetings.
Supervising the deliverables of the junior members of your team. Coordinate the daily teamwork of Legal Officers Corporate Officers and Corporate Assistants resulting in the filing of annual accounts in accordance with guidelines to the RCS & RBE.
Facilitating communication among your team, the accounting division, and other parties involved in business activities and transactions. The latter group consists of auditors, banks, and lawyers, among others.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary – Private Debt - SPV

You possess at least four years of consecutive experience in Luxembourg. You have been previously employed by a service provider (PSF or fiduciary) a Management Company or a Big Four.
You master English and thrive in an international work environment.
You have a comprehensive grasp of the Luxembourg Investment Funds market. Experience dealing with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) is very useful for this function.
You ideally have been exposed to the private debt market.
