Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Law – Fund governance – Legal – Asset Management
You will be responsible for the daily management of SPVs in private equity and real estate, from their constitution to their dissolution.
You will ensure the coordination by updating information to the RCS and RBE.
Drafting minutes, agreements, and resolutions will be part of your daily tasks.
You will ensure that the AML/KYC procedures are respected and that everything is compliant with the laws.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Law – Fund governance – Legal – Asset Management
You are fluent in English; any other language would be considered a plus. English is essential to ensure effective internal and external communication.
Having prior experience of minimum 2 years in a similar environment (Asset Management Company or service provider) as a Corporate Officer for funds and/or SPVs is essential to fully understand your missions and provide excellent services.
You consider yourself proactive and eager to develop your knowledge. You will be part of a team of collaborators who all have something to teach you and will support you in your career development.

A salary of up to €60,000 gross per year, along with an attractive bonus (10%), will help you maintain a comfortable lifestyle. The company is concerned about your well-being and will contribute to your personal needs with lunch vouchers (€10.80), health insurance, and a pension plan.
