We are proud to present you our partner, a PFS located in Strassen in Luxembourg. The most important element for this structure is to keep a healthy and long term relationship with its clients, by offering them the best possible service they can. As Legal Manager, you will have the opportunity to handle a varied client portfolio while also managing your team and actively participating in the development of the PFS by working closely with the Partner.
The PFS is easily reachable because, in addition to being near a train station, you will also have the chance to reach the company by car. Indeed, it is quite accessible from most Luxembourgish and cross-border highways, and a free parking spot is offered. Moreover, you will be part of a dynamic team of less than 10 people that is happy to welcome a new member with open arms. Everyone here gets along well because the communication is open and honest at all times.
The PFS was founded a few years ago but is led by a highly experienced Partner with decades of experience in the field. It is thanks to this that the PFS has known a good growth over the years, but its objective is not to become a structure where everyone feels like just a number. On the contrary, keeping a family-sized team is important to them all the while being able to offer many career prospects to the employees.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Manager – Management – Corporate – Compliance - PSF

You are in charge of the corporate and compliance matters of your client portfolio, which will be composed of very varied clients (Holdings, trusts, investment funds…).
As a Manager, you will take the lead on supervising a team of 2 juniors and will help develop the department.
You draft and review different agreements and legal documentation.
You are in charge of ensuring the good legal standing of the PFS from a compliance point of view, but also for your clients.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Manager – Management – Corporate – Compliance - PSF

You have a very good command of English (read, spoken, listening). Any additional language skills would be considered as an asset in your application, but the language spoken between colleagues is English although the team is very multicultural and multilingual.
You have at least four years of experience in a similar Luxembourgish structure (PFS, Fiduciary, Private Equity asset manager) allowing you to have a full autonomy and independence in your daily responsibilities.
You have a first experience with managing/supervising a team and care about allowing your team members to acquire new skills and help develop their autonomy.

Our partner is willing to offer an annual gross remuneration that could reach € 90.000 depending on your profile and previous experience, since it is essential for this PFS to provide a workplace in which each employee is recognized for its efforts and investments.
