You will therefore be able to actively participate in its development, in particular by setting up efficient internal processes and assisting in the recruitment of your team in the future. You will join a welcoming team of less than 10 people, all of whom aim to provide a quality service to Soparfi, Holdings and PE/RE companies.
Located in the dynamic Cloche d'Or district, this Family Office offers cross-border workers an ideal access by public transport but also by car, as a parking space will be available.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Manager – Family Office


  • The objective of this position is to create the Legal department of the Family Office, offering you the opportunity to launch your own department and recruit your own team in the future.

  • You take care of all necessary steps in terms of restructurings such as mergers and liquidations and the preparation of legal documents relative to this.

  • The various contacts with third parties such as auditors and banks, as well as service providers, will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • You will primarily handle the daily corporate life of Soparfi companies, which will include the steps from the incorporation to the liquidation.

  • You will also prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings, and draft legal contracts and documents.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Manager – Family Office


  • You have 5 years of experience or more as a Legal Officer in a Family Office, Private Equity firm, Fiduciary, Law firm or Big Four in Luxembourg.

  • You are experienced on a portfolio composed of Holdings, PE/RE and have a good understanding of the applicable legislation in Luxembourg.

  • For this position, fluency in both French and English is required (verbally and in writing).

  • In terms of your academic background, you have ideally obtained a higher degree related to law (Bachelor or Master degree in this field will be a strong asset) or have continued to follow trainings over the years.
