In this role, you will be in charge of your very own portfolio, comprising PE/RE funds, SOPARFIs/Holdings and securitization vehicles. It is important to note that you will focus on transactions (mergers, acquisitions, financing, refinancing…) which is why we are looking for a candidate with experience as a lawyer or in-house legal manager. You will work closely with a team of corporate officers who will actively assist you with the corporate administration for your clients.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate – Legal Manager – PFS - PSF


  • You will be involved in various transactions (mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring and refinancing…) which will include the onboarding, draft and review of legal and transactional documentation.

  • You make sure that any regulatory and legal developments are well applied in order to ensure compliance at all times.

  • You will closely coordinate with the team of corporate officers of the PFS who will directly support your team and make sure that the daily corporate life of the clients is handled efficiently.

  • You will be part of a team of 4 people and work directly under the supervision of the Head of Legal.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Corporate – Legal Manager – PFS - PSF


  • You possess at least 2 years of experience as a Lawyer/Associate (M&A, Investment Funds) within a law firm in Luxembourg. We will also consider experience as an in-house legal manager in an asset management company, with a focus on transactions.

  • Of course, experience in a similar role in a PFS will be considered as a real asset.

  • You are fluent in French and comfortable with English being used in a daily business setting.

  • You are proactive and enjoy problem-solving missions as well as working in a team.

  • You are looking to flourish in a fast-growing and meritocratic business environment. The senior manager and director-track will also be open to you in the future.

  • An extensive and competitive compensation package with a fixed salary that can reach up to € 110 000 per annum, depending on your profile and career. On top of this, you would be eligible for an annual discretionary bonusas well.
