We are currently assisting this fiduciary, composed of around 20 employees and created many years ago, in its search for a Manager Corporate as part of its continuous growth.
This fiduciary is located in a beautiful building in Luxembourg City near the Train station, making it easy for you to take public transport and facilitate your daily commute. Since its creation, the fiduciary has experienced quite an impressive growth while keeping a “human” approach towards its clients and employees.
Indeed, the fiduciary has been able to develop a very stable client base throughout the years which is mainly composed of Soparfi/Holdings, SPV and securitization vehicles. It is important for the fiduciary to ensure a comfortable workload for everyone, which is why they are recruiting a Manager Corporate in the context of their growth, and not for a replacement.
With a very stable team in which numerous members have been employed for years, you are sure to take over the management of a tight-knit group of corporate officers. Your Responsibilities | Manager Corporate – Fiduciary – PFS – Legal - Corporate

  • You are in charge of managing a team of corporate officers (both junior and senior) and being their first point of contact in case they have questions.

  • You will also review your team’s work, assist the team with client contacts and onboardings, allocating the tasks and participate in the recruitment of future team members.

  • You will also manage your own portfolio, from the constitution to the liquidation, although this portfolio will be small to make sure you have sufficient time for your other tasks.

  • You will assist the director with ongoing projects such as reevaluating the fiduciary’s service agreements, the fee structure and so on.

  • You will participate in the annual reviews of some clients (e.g. high risk, medium risk) and help evaluate whether or not to continue working with these clients.

Profile and Career Path | Manager Corporate – Fiduciary – PFS – Legal - Corporate

  • For at least 8 years now, you have been working in the corporate/legal field in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg. If you have more experience, for example 10, 15 or 20 years, we of course also invite you to apply. We are also looking for someone with a stable career path.

  • You are familiar with, and fully autonomous on, the management of entities such as Soparfis, SPVs, Securitization vehicles.

  • You have no problem communicating easily in both French and English. Although English is the main language spoken with clients, you will primarily speak French with your colleagues and team members.

  • You are a proactive person and the people surrounding you can always count on you.

  • Experience as manager is mandatory and we are looking for a candidate that is happy to share his or her skills with less experienced corporate officers.

  • An attractive salary which can reach €120.000 gross per year and to which you can add an annual bonus which will be entirely based on the company’s and your performance.
