We are currently assisting our partner, a dynamic fiduciary with an international dimension in Gasperich, in the search for a Manager Transfer Agency.
This fiduciary is known on the market for the high quality of its services and its strong international network as it has become a very important player on the financial market in the past years. Today, the fiduciary is represented by more than 100 employees in total. Its headquarters is located in Luxembourg, but the structure also has many offices abroad.

You are in charge of managing a team of transfer agents which is why you review their work and support them daily in acquiring new skills.
As a Manager Transfer Agency, you will be involved in processing the dividend distributions and transfer and conversion orders for example.
You reply to the investors’ questions and queries and also are responsible for the supervision of AML reviews of these investors.
You participate in the review of documents the team receives of investors and analyzing the application forms.
You make sure to have a complete file which is why, in case certain documents are incomplete or missing, you make sure to get in touch with the investors in order to obtain these.

At least 7 years of experience is asked in transfer agency in a financial service provider or a management company in Luxembourg, and ideally a first experience with managing a team.
Fluency in English is mandatory whereas French or German will be an added plus.
You are fully autonomous in your role and have dealt with alternative investment funds. Experience with hedge funds will be an advantage.
You are looking for a larger fiduciary that has many career opportunities to offer, as the next steps for you will be Senior Manager and Director of the team or department.
You care about personalizing your approach in terms of management, as you find it important to get to know all members of your team individually and assist them in a manner that suits them best.
