Our partner is a PFS that reunites about 30 talents today, each expert in their own dedicated field (accountancy, legal, tax compliance). Thanks to the exceptional support they receive from this PFS and also thanks to their high level deliverables, our partner is currently developing its activities in order to keep offering outstanding services to its growing clientele.
One element important to note is that this PFS is seeking to have an organic growth with its activities, to always put quality over quantity. They also wish to guarantee the employees an admirable working environment. Currently, we are assisting them in their search for a Senior Corporate Officer, to complete their dynamic Corporate team.

Lastly, an interesting client portfolio awaits you as this PFS represents Holding companies, alternative investment funds, SPV and securitization vehicles although we do not expect you to be experienced on all these clients. Motivation, however, will be key!
Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – PFS – Corporate Officer – Flexibility
As Corporate Officer in this PFS, you will be responsible for the corporate management of the entities’ constitution to the liquidation. Thanks to this 360° view of your files, you will have great autonomy in your role.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, ordinary and extraordinary. Drafting the related minutes will also be part of your role.
You will prepare and review legal documentation such as contracts, agreements, capital increases, change of status and/or directorship changes for example.
You will ensure the good maintenance on the Trade Register by taking care of RCS and RBE filings.
You will be involved in internal and external communications, and your role will be to guarantee good exchanges and follow ups at each stage.

You have acquired a strong experience, in a similar position (Corporate Officer or Legal Officer), of at least four years within PFS, Fiduciaries or AIFM.
You ideally have a previous exposure to, and knowledge of, Alternative Investments Funds.
You should have a good command in English and French, additional language skills would be appreciated.
You describe yourself as a great team player thanks to your excellent communication skills, ensuring a good and rapid integration.
