We are currently recruiting a Senior Corporate Officer for an international Fiduciary with a human-sized team.
Specializing in accounting, tax, corporate governance and compliance, the structure strives to provide a quality service to local and international clients. This is why the portfolio is composed of SOPARFI/Holdings, as well as commercial companies and even funds.
From fully renovated premises in a pleasant residential area of Luxembourg City, the team of nearly 50 employees is made up of dynamic and dedicated members. The training plan offered by the structure is comprehensive and personalized, so you can explore other areas or specialize further.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate – HoldCo

You will work on a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and SPVs primarily.
You will be responsible for the preparation and organization of board meetings.
You will be in charge of filing the annual accounts on the Trade register as well as other procedures that arise between the constitution and liquidation (e.g. change of seat, capital increase and so on).
You are the key person of contact for your clients and do not hesitate to adopt a proactive approach, allowing you to advise them correctly and in due time.

You currently have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role (Corporate Officer) in a Fiduciary, PFS or similar environment in Luxembourg.
To maintain effective internal and external communications with colleagues, clients, and third parties, you should be fluent in English.
You aspire to be an essential element of the PFS and want to join a dynamic and close-knit team for the coming years.
You are autonomous from the constitution to the liquidation.

Depending on your prior experiences, our partner is willing to give an annual gross remuneration of up to € 65.000 plus a bonus amounting to one month's worth of salary (depending on your performance).
