Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal – Corporate – PFS – Funds – AIF - UCITS

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the legal and administrative life-cycle of various regulated investment vehicles, including but not limited to Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, and UCITS. Within your team you will be responsible for among other duties:

Entity Formation, Maintenance and Liquidation: Oversee the establishment and maintenance of regulated investment entities in Luxembourg, including drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as articles of incorporation and shareholders' agreements.
Corporate Governance: Lead the management and coordination of corporate governance procedures for a collection of regulated investment vehicles and their underlying structures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Board Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and organize board meetings for various investment vehicles, drafting agenda items, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes to ensure proper record-keeping.
Collaborative Leadership and Coaching: Under the supervision of the department’s manager, allocate missions and review deliverables of the more junior team members.

Are you a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in fiduciary, PSF, or asset management firms in Luxembourg?
Englishwritten and spoken is a prerequisite for the role. Any additional languages are assets, especially German.
Showcase your expertise as you navigate through the complete lifecycle of client portfolio management, from inception to liquidation/dissolution.
