In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including SOPARFIs, SPVs, and securitization vehicles, catering to both private investors and corporate entities. Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – PFS – Corporate – Legal

Manage your own portfolio of clients from incorporation to liquidation, ensuring smooth corporate administration.
Draft and review board minutes and resolutions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Organize and coordinate board meetings, prepare the necessary documentation and ensuring follow-up.
Act as a key point of contact with CSSF, notaries, banks, and other third parties, facilitating regulatory and corporate processes.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – PFS – Corporate – Legal

At least 8 years of experience as a Corporate Officer, preferably in a fiduciary or PFS. Experience in an investment company can also be taken into consideration.
A stable career history without job changes every 2 years for example, demonstrating commitment and reliability as our partner is very mindful about people investment themselves in the long term.
Fluency in English is required; any additional language (French, German, or Luxembourgish) would be a plus.
Strong team player, eager to take on challenges and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Earn up to €90,000 gross per year, in line with your experience and level of expertise, ensuring financial stability and recognition for your added value.
