Then, we have the perfect opportunity for you : one of our partners is now looking for a new Senior Corporate Officer to join and support its growth on the Luxembourgish market, as the company has now become a key actor in the country and abroad. It regroups more than 100 employees over all its departments, although the teams individually remain human sized, with an accessible and approachable management.
This fiduciary offers a wide range of services including accounting, tax, payroll, domiciliation and corporate/legal administration services, allowing the client to count on this fiduciary for all its needs. As a result, a good coordination between the teams is key and you will always know how your clients’ situation evolves.
It is essential for this structure to offer its talents the possibility to internally evolve and benefit from the international network it provides. The fiduciary will always value your goals and objectives, and lets its collaborators express themselves freely, as this is part of the corporate culture.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary – Senior Corporate Officer

Your responsibilities will extend from the constitution to the liquidation of the different entities in your portfolio of clients (SOPARFI, SPV, Holding, PE/RE) and you will deal with related matters such as shareholder modifications , change of seat, capital changes and more.
Among your daily administration, you will have to organize meetings : board meetings, shareholder meetings, ordinary and extraordinary meetings and then draft the minutes.
You will be named point of contact for external parties such as lawyers, banks, notaries and your role will be to maintain existing and good relationships.
You publish the annual accounts and legal documents on the Business Trade Register.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary – Senior Corporate Officer

For this vacancy, we are looking for a person who has built experience for at least four years, as Corporate or Legal Officer and in similar structure to ensure a certain level of autonomy.
You should be able to communicate with your colleagues in English as this is the common language with your colleagues and clients. Any other language such as French or even German will be considered an asset for this position.
You have already had the opportunity to deal with SOPARFIs, Holdings, SPV and/or Private Equity/Real Estate Funds in your current or previous portfolio.
Our partner is looking for a dynamic and motivated person that will not have any issues to integrate the structure by being a good team player that is result-oriented.
