Our teams are now hiring for this fiduciary, which is situated in Luxembourg City. The organization is well-established in the vicinity, and a few business lines are engaged in providing services to numerous clients (bank entities, private clients, and commercial businesses). Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciaire – PE – RE- HoldCos - SPV

While taking charge of a portfolio of SOPARFI/HoldCos and SPV you will be in charge of:

Overseeing the legal administration of core entities and underlying structures on behalf of your clients from the constitution to the liquidation.
Initiating and following up legal and administrative proceedings such as change of management or headquarters, capital increases or decrease and also fillings at the RBC and RBE.
Convening board and shareholder meetings and taking care of the cascading documentation, including minutes and shareholder resolutions.
Liaising interactions between your clients, internal parties and external stakeholders (Notaries, Banks, Auditors, etc)

You have at least four years of successful experience in an equivalent position working for a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo, or Big Four in Luxembourg.
You master English at an advanced level any additional languages are seen as an advantage.
You have had exposure to regulated and unregulated investment vehicles and open to helping the department develop that market further.

Your salary could very well add up to 65 000€ gross on an annual basis depending on your skills and background. The package includes 18 meal vouchers at a face value of 10.80€ every month. A yearly Bonus.
Take advantage of the flexible schedule policy and organize your work around to optimize your lifestyle. You could start working from 7 am onwards and leave the office from 4.30 pm onwards. Should you occasionally be performing over time, you will be compensated.
Finally take advantage of the annual 29 days off paid leave that will increase over the years spent at the firm.
