We are delighted to assist a human-sized company that employs 30 skilled employees, and that has grown organically within the Luxembourg market, in its quest for a new Senior KYC Officer. Founded over a decade ago, this PFS has consistently focused on providing quality-driven services in accounting, tax, and domiciliation, prioritizing excellence over quantity. Currently, the PFS boasts a clientele of over 200 stable SOPARFI/Holding/Fund clients, with whom they have developed long-term collaborations.
Furthermore, cultivating long lasting relationships is pivotal to their internal operations, as evidenced by the exceptional team stability and close to zero staff turnover. This not only guarantees a stable and harmonious work environment for the new Senior KYC Officer but also facilitates a seamless integration within the team.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Compliance – KYC Officer – Legal

You will mainly intervene during the onboarding of new clients and investors, and will be in direct contact with them if documents are missing for instance.
As part of your responsibilities, you will execute the collection of legal documentation to produce KYC analysis and report it to the Head of the department.
You will ensure the good maintenance of your client and investor files, by periodically reviewing their documents to ensure they comply with internal procedures.
You will have to keep the internal and UBO databases up to date with regard to the regular modifications that are necessary.

Profile and Career Path | PFS – Compliance – KYC Officer – Legal

We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of experiencewithin a PFS or a Fiduciary in Luxembourg. Knowledge of the local Fund Industry would be considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in English is required since you will evolve within an international team and handle an international clientele. This will also guarantee your good integration.
You are seeking a position within a dynamic and experienced team to deepen your own knowledge and build up a strong collaboration in a long-term vision.
You are passionate about your field and want to continue to follow trainings to provide the best possible service to your clients.
