Your Responsibilities |Transfer agency – Investment funds – Finance – Funds administration

You will oversee AML/KYC controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will liaise with third parties (e.g., auditors, AIFMs) to ensure smooth coordination.
You will maintain direct communication with investors, providing them with support and updates.
You will contribute to fund administration by drafting, reviewing, and presenting depositary reports.

To thrive in your new environment, you bring at least 3 years of experience as a Transfer Agent within a similar setting in Luxembourg.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory, enabling you to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills are essential to excel in this role.
Your familiarity with investment funds equips you to understand the functioning of your future portfolio seamlessly.
