Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – AIFM – AIF – Compliance – Legal – AML - KYT - KYC

You will be in charge of overseeing the smooth daily operations of the AIFM's finances as a part of the Transfer Agency team. These procedures include the creation and upkeep of the funds.
You will be in charge of overseeing transactions by verifying and documenting all issued transactions.
You will communicate with the registrar as the initial point of contact with investors and ensure that dividend payments and other transactions are issued on schedule.
Throughout the lifespan of the businesses and for the onboarding of investment vehicles, you will be responsible for doing AML/KYT due diligence checks.
To guarantee efficient and legal operations, you will also take the lead on the introduction of a new KYC information management system.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – AIFM – AIF – Compliance – Legal – AML - KYT - KYC

You have at least two years' worth of transfer agent experience in Luxembourg, preferably in an AIFM or PFS.
Your spoken and written English are both at a fluent level. Any language, including French, will be seen favourably.
You now have more control over departmental operations and want to expand your knowledge by working on complicated and demanding situations.

The firm's leadership is committed to investing in training programs and ongoing improvement, which may be an excellent chance to diversify your skill set.
Depending on your background and expertise, your income might reach €60,000 annually. Additionally, each month you will receive 18 meal tickets at a cost of 10.80€ each.
Depending on your success and the performance of the organization, a sizeable Bonus may also be given.
