Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Funds – Law firm
You will be responsible for the structuring and financing of investment funds in Private Equity.
You will draft and negotiate legal documents such as agreements and security packages.
Ensuring legal monitoring will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will be in direct contact with your clients, advising them and drafting legal opinions.

To be in line with the position requirements, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
To understand the financial vehicles you will be working with, experience in Private Equity funds is appreciated.
Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues. Any additional language, such as French and/or German, will be considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills are a must to meet deadlines and satisfy clients.

You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year, allowing you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
