Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – Law firm – AIFs – Finance – Investment funds
You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers.
You will be structuring and setting up AIFs.
Reviewingand drafting legal documentation such as agreements, contracts, and prospectuses will be part of your daily tasks.
You will liaise with third parties such as fiduciaries, notaries, and banks.
To stay current with developments, you will ensure legal monitoring.
You will be in direct contact with your clients and will advise them based on their requests.

To understand your new position, you should have prior experience as an investment funds lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
To ensure good internal and external communication, you are fluent in English. German is considered a considerable asset.
You have good communication and writing skills, which are essential for fulfilling your role.
To be efficient, you consider yourself proactive and eager to learn and develop your knowledge.
To meet deadlines, you possess strong organizational skills.
