Your main mission entails the development of the Investment fund practice area locally. You will also engage in the mentoring and coaching of the lawyers under your supervision. Your Responsibilities | Counsel – Law Firm – Funds – Investment Funds - Legal
You foster long-lasting client relationships, as the contact person for clients' requests, you are a key advisor and work on varying legal documentation necessary for the advancement of their business.
You handle meetings with your clients and potential clients to discuss their needs for support. Thus insuring the firm’s business development in your area of expertise.
As a key member of the firm and its Investment Fund Law unit, you adopt a mentoring stance and are responsible for the technical improvement and the coaching of recruits.

We are currently looking for a profile that has acquired at least 8 years of experience in Luxembourg, more specifically in a law firm, which will guarantee a complete level of autonomy in your responsibility.
You should be able to speak and write English fluently, allowing you to maintain a good communication internally.
You of course obtained a Master degree in Law as well as the CCDL, ideally complemented by other additional certifications.
You have portable business, and will be able to demonstrate this during the recruitment process.
You demonstrate excellent knowledge of the investment fund industry and are eager to share your acquired competencies with the team.
