Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Legal – Knowledge Management – Support
As a Professional Support Lawyer you will work closely with the Knowledge Management and Banking and Finance teams, and will report to the Head of this department during your missions.
You will have to handle an internal review of policies and processes in order to ensure their relevance and needed updates to your colleagues. You will be in charge of legal monitoring and communicate your outcomes to the other lawyers to guarantee their knowledge is up to date.
In your responsibilities, you will have to prepare and organize internal meetings by harmonizing agendas. Then, you will draft related minutes of the meetings.
Profile and Career Path | Law Firm – Legal – Knowledge Management – Support
We are looking for a candidate that has at least three years of experiencewithin a Luxembourgish Law Firm with ideally a prior exposure to the local regulations and laws.
You should be able to communication fluently in English to ensure a genuine and efficient interaction internally.
You describe yourself as a person who is really organized and detail oriented, and who is looking for a workplace that allows knowledge deepening.
You are passionate about the field of law and are happy to be able to provide a real added value to your colleagues.
