Your Responsibilities | Senior Associate Banking – Lawyer - Law - Legal
You are responsible for providing legal counsel to the clientele you serve on a wide range of topics related to business endeavours, financial transactions, and regulatory limitations.
You are in charge of writing and examining legal contracts, opinions, and documents.
You may provide your clients with the best possible service by conducting legal research and remaining current on any legal developments in your area of expertise.
Another responsibility of a senior associate is to guide and advise younger colleagues when they are uncertain or have questions.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Associate Banking – Lawyer - Law - Legal
You have at least 5 years of experience working as an associate in a Luxembourg-based law firm, four years of which you spent concentrating on the banking industry.
The role requires fluency in both French and English to appropriately serve the firm's global stakeholders and prestigious clientele.
You would define yourself as an entrepreneur and are wanting to invest yourself in a law company where everyone benefits from each other's experience and know-how;
You have successfully completed the Luxembourg Bar exam or are already admitted to practice law in another member state of the European Union.
