Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Funds – Finance – Attorney – Law firm – Regulatory
You will work with clients investing in alternative investment funds, specializing in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
You will handle the structuring and restructuring of funds.
Drafting and reviewing financial documents will be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will negotiate agreements on behalf of your clients.
As a Senior Associate, you may also coach and supervise junior team members, fostering their development.
Participating in business development will also add a certain dynamism to your daily work.

You have at least 7 years of experience as an investment fund lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg. This will allow you to feel comfortable in your new environment.
Being fluent in French and English is essential to communicate with your colleagues and clients.
To understand your tasks, you are well experienced with AIFs in both private equity and real estate.
You consider yourself to be proactive and organized, it will permit you to be efficient in your role and meet the deadlines.

You will earn a salary up to 130 000€ gross/year, in line with your experience and skills, ensuring you a comfortable standard of living.
