We are currently supporting a well-established and reputable law firm in its search for a Tax Lawyer. This human-sized firm fosters excellent internal communication, providing a positive and dynamic working environment.
The law firm offers a broad range of legal services including Tax, Investment Funds, Corporate M&A, Capital Markets, and Banking & Finance. With an international presence and a strong, loyal client base, the firm handles complex cross-border transactions and high-level cases.

As a Senior Tax Lawyer, you will also contribute to the firm’s business development and participate in various client and networking events, making your role both stimulating and diverse. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and train junior team members, an enriching challenge for someone passionate about sharing knowledge.
Your Responsibilities | Finance – Tax law – Law firm – Attorney – Regulatory – Legal
You will provide strategic advice to clients and build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
Reviewing and drafting complex legal documents will be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will ensure continuous legal monitoring, staying up to date with evolving regulations to provide the most accurate and valuable guidance to your clients.
You will conduct internal trainings and supervise junior colleagues, actively contributing to their development and the overall success of the team.
You will also be involved in negotiating favorable terms for your clients in a variety of high-stakes matters.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer in Luxembourg, enabling a smooth integration into your new role and work environment.
You are fluent in German and English, which is essential for clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
You are organized and proactive, qualities that are key to managing tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
You possess strong communication skills, both for internal collaboration and for contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives.
