In the context of our development, we would like to strengthen the team with an Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will have the opportunity to offer an undeniable support on a daily basis to our Recruitment Consultants, in a healthy and collaborative work environment.

Furthermore, as an Administrative Assistant, you will have varied responsibilities and use the most advanced software and tools in the recruitment business.

Your Responsibilities | Administrative Assistant - Recruitment

  • You will be responsible for verifying job boards and transferring relevant candidate applications to our recruitment consultants. You will also handle candidate searches.

  • You will write job adverts for our partners, who are primarily fiduciaries and law firms based in Luxembourg.

  • You will answer phone calls and transfer calls to the responsible recruitment consultant.

  • You are in charge of verifying job boards on a daily basis in order to update us on new positions.

  • Scanning, filing and archiving documents in accordance with our internal procedures.

Profile and Career Path | Administrative Assistant - Recruitment

  • You obtained a BTS or Bachelor degree in a relevant field for this position.

  • You have a very good level of English and French, both verbally and in writing. We will only be able to consider your application if this is the case. Any other languages are an advantage.

  • A first experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist will be considered a plus.

  • You would describe yourself as a quick learner and a multitasker. For this reason, strong organizational skills are important for this position.

  • You respect a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, as these traits are indispensable in a recruitment agency.

  • You have strong skills in MS Office (especially Word) and other common IT tools.
