Your Responsibilities | Office Manager – Family Office – Finance – Support
You will be the first point of contact with all providers, whether that is POST, the office supply provider, certain administrations, electricians and so on.
You will be responsible for ordering and managing office supplies / the stock.
You will organize business trips and company events, making sure that the upper management can travel without any stress, and team events further ensure the internal cohesion.
You will also be responsible for billing matters and invoicing tasks.
Profile and Career Path | Office Manager – Family Office – Finance – Support
You have at least a first experience as an Office Manager and have proven that you are a well organized and trustworthy collaborator during this experience.
Speaking English fluently is a must to communicate efficiently with your colleagues. Fluency in one of the following languages is asked as well for this role : German, Luxembourgish or Dutch.
Feeling comfortable with numbers is a must for you to ensure that billing matters are handled smoothly.

You will benefit from an interesting gross salary of up to 50.000€ gross per year. As a part-time status is also feasible for this position, you will have ample time and flexibility to dedicate to your personal activities.
