This fiduciary is currently looking for an Assistant Manager Tax to complete its team. This company is growing on the Luxembourgish market and wants to evolve as one of the best firms of Luxembourg in the future. Their services are varies, as they offer tax, accounting, compliance and legal governance meaning that their clients can count on them for all necessary services throughout their entities’ life cycle.
In this team of less than 20 people, you will assist quite a diversified client portfolio including SOPARFI/Holdings and SPVs, both in tax compliance matters as well as advisory. You will be in charge of sharing your knowledge with less experienced colleagues, but also to maintain great relationships with your clients and colleagues as you evolve in the structure. As you probably know, it is sometimes difficult to become an experienced Tax Advisor without being too specialized, but in this structure, you will have the possibility to work on all of the aspects of taxation.
You will have colleagues from different parts of the world so you will flourish in your work thanks to this multicultural atmosphere. Your Responsibilities | Assistant Manager Tax – Corporate Tax – Fiscalité - Tax
You manage your portfolio composed of financial companies autonomously, you will also assist your colleagues if they have any questions or needs.
You establish corporate tax returns for your clients : you prepare them and are able to review the returns of your colleagues.
You are also in charge of the advisory aspect, meaning that you can advize your clients, you will participate in setting up newsletters and so on.
You have good communication skills to create strong relationships with your clients : you advise them about the risks or the opportunitiesfor their companies.
You are regularly in contact with the Luxembourg tax authorities.
Profile and Career Path | Assistant Manager Tax – Corporate Tax – Fiscalité - Tax
You have a degree in Law, Accounting, or Tax, it will be a plus if you studied in Luxembourg.
You have worked as a Tax Advisor for at least 3 years at least in a Fiduciary or a Big Four in Luxembourg.
It is an advantage for this structure if you have the Cycle A or the Cycle B, but it is not an obligation.
You are used to working with financial companies.
People describe you as a dynamic and invested person. You have an optimistic personality and you appreciate sharing your knowledge with others. You are also motivated to improve your skills in your function.

You will have the opportunity to receive an annual salary up to 80 000 €.This company wants you to feel good in their structure so you will also have meal vouchers, and an annual bonus. In addition to that, you will have 29 days off per year, and you will be able to have more days off as you evolve in the company.
Located in Luxembourg-City, you will have the possibility to come by train or bus. But if you prefer driving and taking your car, this structure is able to offer you a parking spot, and there is also a public parking near the offices.
You will manage diversified files and your tasks will be varied : you will have a global vision of Taxation, so it would be possible for you to develop and improve your proficiency.
