Our Partner, a multicultural fiduciary located in Luxembourg-City is seeking a Manager Tax who will have the opportunity to manage a small team. The structure is happy to manage prestigious clients such as SOPARFIs, Holdings and PE/RE clients.
The teams are composed of many nationalities such as Hungarian, Peruvian, Italian, German, French, and Belgian employees. You will also have the opportunity to develop your language skills as you will regularly speak with your future colleagues.
Composed of 50 people, the fiduciary is still growing and would like to become an important actor in Luxembourg. The company is ambitious and would like to continue to develop its international client portfolio. Moreover, to put the employees in the best conditions, the fiduciary offers interesting career prospects so you will have the opportunity to become Senior Manager or Director thanks to your motivation in time.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Tax – Luxembourg

  • As Manager Tax, you will manage a team of young employees. You will be responsible of following up their evolution and technical development.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing the work of your colleagues and supporting them in their files if needed.

  • As a Manager, you will also still be operational on your own files. Indeed, you will be in charge of managing your own portfolio of SOPARFI/Holdings and PE/RE clients. Your tasks will include tax compliance and advisory.

  • Thanks to your knowledge, you will provide internal personalized trainings, depending on the strengths and weaknesses of your colleagues.

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Tax – Luxembourg

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Tax Officer in Corporate Tax in a fiduciary, PFS or a Big Four in Luxembourg. You are experienced with tax compliance and advisory.

  • You are fluent in English. If you speak French or German, that will represent an advantage.

  • You have a first experience in the supervision of a team : this means that you are able to review the work of others and to teach them how to become better tax officers.

  • You have a good experience in the management of a varied client portfolio : you are not specialized in one type of client and you are able to handle different companies.

  • You are a team player, and you automatically become a key member in a group. This part of your personality helps you to quickly adapt to new people.

Offer | Fiduciary – Tax – Luxembourg

  • You will receive a salary up to 85 000€ gross per year. You will also have other benefits in your salary package such as meal vouchers or a discretionary bonus.

  • This fiduciary put in place additional holidays for its employees from day one, and if you stay in the fiduciary for many years, you will have more than 31 days of holidays per year!

  • The fiduciary is located in the city-center, next to a parking. You will also be able to come by train and to take public transport to join the offices.

  • This company puts the well-being of the employees as a priority: this means that overtime is rare, or that you can work part-time (80%) if needed to have a day off during the week for your family or yourself.
