Our partner, a dynamic fiduciary who we have been working with for many years, is currently looking for a Tax Manager with exposure to tax compliance and advisory.

Your Responsibilities | Tax Manager – Tax compliance – Tax – Fiscalité - Fiduciary

  • For a small team of four tax officers (1 junior, 1 assistant manager, 2 senior officers, 1 director), you will take on the daily management and make sure that deadlines and deliverables are respected.

  • You will review tax returns, prepared by your team members, and also actively participate in client meetings and conversations in order to guarantee a quality-oriented service at all times.

  • You will still be operational on your own client portfolio and offer tax advice for example on due diligence and tax structuring.

  • You will be in charge of legal monitoring and applying any developments proactively and correctly. For this reason, you may also be asked to give presentations to inform your team, and other internal departments, of these changes.

Profile and Career Path | Tax Manager – Tax compliance – Tax – Fiscalité - Fiduciary

  • For at least 5 years now, you have been working in a tax role in a financial service provider (Big Four, Fiduciary, PFS) in Luxembourg.

  • You have been exposed to tax compliance and tax advisory matters and feel comfortable

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. In addition, you either speak French or German.

  • You have an open personality allowing less experienced team members to trust you and count on you in case they have questions or concerns.

  • If you have obtained a Master degree, Cycle A or Cycle B, this will certainly be considered an advantage.

  • In addition to an interesting role in which you will actively participate in the growth of the tax team, you can count on an attractive salary package up to €80.000 gross per year with meal vouchers of €10,80 and an annual bonus.

  • With 29 days off per year and very flexible working hours, you are sure to benefit from a great work/life balance allowing you to fully enjoy your family life or even work part-time if you want to (80%).

  • The ideal location in the heart of Luxembourg means that you can take the bus, train or tram to work without worrying about finding a parking space or losing time in traffic. A parking spot can, however, be discussed.
