For an independent fiduciary and AIFM boutique located in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking a Tax Manager to strengthen the tax practice of the company.
This company, incorporated 10 years ago as developed strong connexion with clients in Europa, Asia and Middle East and is looking for a young tax manager that is willing to work with international clients. The company can provide you with a high flexibility and continuous learning in order to help you develop your tax knowledges.

You will have the chance to be exposed to the corporate, family offices and AIFM industry, which will help you to develop your network and client portfolio. As the company is growing, they are not only looking for a new Manager but also for people that are ambitious enough to help the company in reaching their objectives.

Your Responsibilities | Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager you are the person responsible for the tax practice of the firm ;
You are providing tax advisory and tax compliance services to for a diversified clientele comprised of PE/RE special purposes vehicles, Holding and SOPARFIs companies ;
You have great communication skills and provide other departments (accounting, compliance, legal,…) with all information in due time ;
You are providing your clientele with various advisory in order to help them fix their issues and develop their business in compliance with the authorities.

Profile and Career Path | Tax Manager

You hold a University degree in Finance, Accounting ideally with a specialization in tax ;
You have a minimum of 3 years experience within the tax department of a fiduciary or a Big Four ;
You are experienced and aware about international tax issues (DAC 6, BEPS, ATAD & CRS) ;
You are fluent in English. A knowledge of French would be considered an asset ;
As an expert in your domain you are not only interpreting tax laws, but are also able to provide your clients with suitable solutions.

Offer | Tax Manager

A gross salary per year, depending on your experience that can reach 70 000€ ;
