One of our clients, a fiduciary created 15 years ago and located in Luxembourg City, is currently seeking an Accounting Manager in order to supervise, coach and advise a team composed of Senior and Junior Accountants. This fiduciary is focused on a financial client base and mainly works with Soparfi, Holdings, SPF and SPV.

Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – Fiduciary – Luxembourg – Manager
You are in charge of a team composed of Junior and Senior Accountants, and you are responsible for reviewing their work and coaching the team.
You are able to resolve problems and find solutions quickly, allowing you to be reactive with your clients and to offer them an efficient and quality-oriented service.
You are involved in managing your team, and getting to know your colleagues well in order to create a good environment and team spirit. You are empathetic and able to understand the needs and feelings of your team members.
You are in contact with your clients to advise them or to answer their questions.
You are also responsible for the recruitment within your team, and are able to identify which profiles would be necessary and an added value for the fiduciary.
Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Fiduciary – Luxembourg – Manager
You have been working in external accounting for at least 5 years, and you have a first experience in management. You are also a great team player.
During your career, you had the opportunity to manage a portfolio composed of Soparfi, Holdings, SPV and SPF and thanks to this knowledge, you have strong skills in this domain and with these clients.
You have a degree in accounting or tax, such as a Bachelor or a BTS for example.
You speak two languages which could be French and English, or English and German for example, but you have to be comfortable with at least two of the following languages (French, German, English). If you speak Luxembourgish, this will be an advantage.
You are able to manage a team and to identify strengths and weaknesses in your team. You are able to give constructive criticism to help your team members evolve, but also to congratulate them and show recognition.
Having worked with the accounting software Bob 50 would be an advantage.

Depending on your acquired skills and experience, your salary can go up to 85 000 € gross per year. This salary will allow you to live comfortably and will continue to evolve in time!
