A young fiduciary located in Luxembourg-City is currently seeking an Accounting Manager, in order to continue its development and growth in Luxembourg. This fiduciary is composed of a team of approximately 12 accountants who all work with a certain level of autonomy, due to their seniority.
This fiduciary has also put in place its asset management department and a real coordination between all the different teams, which allows the employees to access a diversified client portfolio (complex PE/RE funds and securitization vehicles).
The owner of the company previously worked in large structures in Luxembourg. He wishes to share his expertise and his excellent knowledge of the market with the whole team and the clients, while remaining a human-sized structure with a very personalized approach. As an Accounting Manager, you will be working hand in hand with the partner, and will be able to count on a highly skilled team.
Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accounting – Luxembourg
You manage a team composed of accountants, Juniors and Seniors, and you answer their questions and advise them on how to approach and handle their tasks.
You are still operational and manage a portfolio autonomously. Indeed, you are responsible for the preparation of VAT and tax returns, as well as annual accounts amongst other tasks.
You are in direct contact with the banks, the auditors, and your clients, in order to answer their questions.
You try to improve the internal processes and like to develop ideas and new working methods, to reach progress in terms of efficiency day after day.
Profile and Career Path | Luxembourg – Finance – Service Provider
You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting in Luxembourg in a Big Four, a PFS, or a fiduciary. You have had the opportunity to supervise accountants during your career. This fiduciary would also be interested in your profile if you have 10 or 15 years of experience.
You are fluent in English, allowing you to communicate easily with your colleagues and your clients. If you speak Italian or French, this would represent an advantage for this company as they work with Italian and French clients.
You are used to managing a client portfolio composed of financial companies,for example soparfi, holdings, securitization vehicles, and investment funds.
Knowledge of the accounting software Bob 50 will be a plus.
You want to evolve in a fiduciary for many years to come, and to become a key member of a company. You are invested in your work and always do your best with your colleagues and your clients.

Your salary can go up to 95 000 € gross per year, depending on your experience in accounting and in management. In addition to this salary, you will receive a pension plan and additional holidays (up to 32 days).
